  1. That’s quite an intriguing offer. I appreciate the boldness of giving away a money-making website just to prove the system works; it definitely grabs attention. At the same time, I’d be curious to see how much customization or effort is still required on my end to make it successful.

Sometimes “free” setups sound great, but the real test is whether they can actually generate consistent results once you start using them.

    • I have never came across an offer like this Alice. I have been on the roller coaster ride in Affiliate Marketing for over 3 years now and I have found 2 diamonds. Wealthy Affiliates & Plug in Profit. Both sites are awesome, just check out the reviews on WA. There is everything you need to be successful in this game. They are free and it’s what you want to make it and how far you want to go. Wish you every success and remember my words. Take care. George

  2. This offer looks very intriguing, but I always worry when something says free, because there is always a catch. What is in it for Russel Branson if we sign into this offer, besides the fact that he is building his list.

It would be great if you could give us some more information about what to expect from this offer before we sign in.

  3.  This was an interesting article and I appreciate how it presents the idea of getting a free website as a way to start building an online presence and potentially explore income opportunities. It raises some useful points about how beginners can get started quickly without needing technical skills or large upfront costs.

One question I had while reading is what level of support is typically included with these free website setups, especially for people who are completely new to online business or affiliate marketing. It would also be helpful to know how scalable these free sites are if someone decides to grow their project into a more serious long-term business.

it’s an intriguing concept and worth exploring further.

  4. I actually think this article is really encouraging because so many people assume starting a website has to cost a fortune upfront. When I first started learning about blogging and websites, all the hosting/domain stuff felt way more confusing than people make it seem lol. Breaking it down into simpler steps makes it feel a lot less intimidating for beginners.

I’m curious though, do you think free websites are still worth starting if someone eventually wants to grow into making income from it later on? Or is it better to jump into paid hosting right away if someone is serious about blogging?

  5. This page brings up an interesting topic because a lot of people online are searching for ways to start a website without spending too much money upfront. For beginners, finding affordable or free options can make the process feel much less intimidating.
I remember when I first looked into building a website, I was overwhelmed by hosting plans, domain costs, and all the different tools being promoted everywhere. Simple guides like this are helpful because they make the starting point easier to understand.
What do you think is the biggest mistake new website owners make during their first few months online?

    • Monica,

Thank you so much for your input. When I started, I always tried to get free sites to set up and get your business up and running. I have been bitten many. times influenced by the promises of a rich future, but with no result.  My experience is that we try to put too much on sites ending up like a spaghetti junction and becomes a nightmare. We should do what experts tell us, which I didn’t, make one change and review, then move on. I have been using a Scam testing site for over a year now. It’s called Scam Detectors and they are very robust in surveying the sites you input. That’s a great benefit. Since I have joined WA and Plug in Profits, they have restored my faith in Affiliate sites. You will be successful with WA. You have got this!

  6. Hi! I found the concept behind your protocol interesting, especially the focus on consistency and tracking progress rather than simply following a workout routine. I was left wanting to learn more about the reasoning behind each step, though. For example, explaining why the 30-minute cleanse is important or how the “Mirror,” “Energy,” and “Friction” tests help measure progress would make the protocol much easier for readers to understand and follow. I think adding a bit more background would make this a much stronger resource. Thanks for sharing your approach!

  7. This sounds polished and intentional, but I think the concept would land even better with a few more specifics up front. Right now, the 30-day structure, post-workout cleanse, free-from proteins, and weekly check-ins create a strong framework, yet readers may still wonder what the daily routine actually looks like in practice and how the protocol defines success.

A few questions came to mind as I read it. What exactly qualifies as a “high-efficiency physical stimulus,” and is the protocol meant for beginners, regular gym-goers, or people already deep into performance routines? I was also curious whether the “Mirror” and “Energy” tests are based purely on self-observation, or if you recommend any simple tracking method so people can compare their results more objectively over the 30 days? TIA

  8. Hi,

The “Mirror,” “Energy,” and “Friction” tests are a smart way to track real‑world changes. I like how structured the checkpoints are. The weekly check‑ins also make the whole protocol accountable. How quickly people usually notice the midday energy shift that part sounds like the biggest indicator of whether the system is actually working?

  9. I have been tracking my own post-workout recovery and skin clarity for the past few months, and I completely agree that the 30-minute window after training is critical for nutrient timing and inflammation control. When I switched to cleaner, additive-free proteins, I noticed a significant drop in midday energy crashes and fewer breakouts, which aligns perfectly with your “Mirror” and “Energy” tests. I am curious how you structure the “Friction” test to ensure the protocol remains accessible for people with unpredictable schedules or varying fitness baselines. Have you found that the weekly check-in emails help participants adjust their stimulus intensity, or is the protocol designed to be strictly followed regardless of daily fatigue levels? Thank you for sharing such a structured, biology-focused approach that treats recovery as seriously as the workout itself.
